Jay-Z looks to be making a new video to celebrate the release of his new album, which should be dropping on June 30, 4:44.

With the news that a tour has been pushed back into the fall, fans have been clamoring for some noise out of the HOV camp, and it appears their prayers have been answered. Eyewitness accounts state that Jigga has been filming a new music video the Marcy Projects of Brooklyn. Reports and photos have appeared on social media showing Jay-Z and his camp shutting down an entire block for filming purposes:

Based on the shots, it’s looking like a minimalistic project in Jigga’s old neighborhood. While he didn’t appear on this set personally, that doesn’t mean he won’t be involved. Reports state that previously unreleased music from Jay-Z was playing as filming commenced, indicating that this was for a new video project.

4:44 is being dropped on June 30, exclusive to both Tidal and Sprint users. Fans have noticed mysterious advertisements promoting 4:44 appearing throughout the country, with a minimalist design to promote the album.
